At some point you’ve probably heard us mention “our” favorite time on the lake. Don’t get me wrong….any time on the lake is a good time…..But Fall 🍁 Oh-Em-Gee!

Have you ever just packed a ditty, put on your favorite sweatshirt, grabbed the portable speaker and a “snackle-box” and headed out for a fall cruise? There truly is nothing better! The air is crisper. The water, a little calmer and the world just seems brighter! (Not to mention the fall color change)

Since school is back in session you basically have the lake to yourself! The water is usually still warm enough for swimming well into October, in case you insist on taking a dip or a ski.

There are so many other things happening here in the Ozarks during the fall color season too.

Stay tuned in the next few days for some of the highlights in the general area around us! We will be sharing lots of events & info so you can plan your stay with us on the “quiet-side.”
